Cervobis is a personal AI assistant service operated by PlayerLynk SAS, registered in France. Our service helps users manage their daily life by connecting to their calendar and email.

2. What Data We Collect

When you connect your Google account to Cervobis, we access:

• Google Calendar: Your calendar events (titles, times, locations, attendees)
• Gmail: Your email messages (sender, subject, body)

We also collect:

• WhatsApp messages you send directly to Cervobis
• Account information (name, email address) for authentication

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Cervobis assistant service:

• Reading your calendar to remind you of upcoming events
• Reading your emails to flag urgent messages and suggest replies
• Providing personalized assistance based on your schedule and communications

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Share your data with other users
• Train AI models on your personal data

4. Data Storage & Security

• Google authentication tokens stored securely on encrypted servers in Europe
• Calendar and email data accessed in real-time and not permanently stored
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption

5. Data Retention

• Google data: Accessed on-demand, not permanently stored
• Conversation history: Retained while your account is active
• Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to processing

7. Google API Services

Cervobis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

Cervobis is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
